Yes, we know how that sounds… well… kind of poncey.
But yes — The Private Paddock Club. A club. For you! And it is rather exclusive, as it happens.
Think of the club as your direct line to the vineyard. Early dibs on new vintages. Access to rare library stock and bottles that never make it anywhere near a shop shelf. Perks, in other words, the good kind.
Membership also unlocks the ‘Tour de Two Paddocks’, the ONLY way to gain access to our Red Bank Farm & Vineyard. Here you will experience first-hand, the bounteous biodiversity of an organically farmed property.
This rare experience includes an immersive walking tour through the farm and vineyard, a meet-and-greet with our resident animal friends and a little seasonal foraging culminating at The Clubhouse, to view a private collection of Sam's art. At The Clubhouse, you will also taste the renowned and laudable Two Paddocks wines accompanied by warm bread and a splash of homegrown olive oil.
Beyond the usual member benefits, your mandatory Spring and Autumn seasonal offers will include a personal letter from the Proprietor, bringing news from the farm and a few pithy insights into his intriguing day job.

THE PRIVILEGES
Private Paddock members receive two exceptional wine allocations every year - the best of the best. 12 bottles for New Zealanders and 15 bottles for international members.
The rest of the privileges are as follows:
- First and guaranteed access to new vintage releases, museum and highly awarded wines, including our Proprietors Reserves and Au Naturel, the exclusive preserve for wine club members.
- 15% preferential pricing.
- No membership fee.
- Customisation of your wine selection.
- Invitation to members-only events, including our bi-annual summer Posh Picnic hosted by the Prop himself. For events where numbers must be kept modest, priority will be given to our long-standing and loyal members.
- Complimentary visit to Red Bank Farm & Vineyard for the ‘Tour de Two Paddocks’, including a tour and tasting for each member and up to three guests (Mon–Fri by prior appointment; one visit per year).
- Newsletters, articles and the odd extra treat included in your wine club allocation.
- New members will receive an exclusive " I Dream of Two Paddocks" print (a collaboration between local artist Lisa Nicole Moes and The Prop) and a complimentary Two Paddocks organically grown Lavender Oil.

THE PROPRIETOR’S PROVISIONAL CLUB GUIDELINES
THE FINE PRINT
The Private Paddock Wine Club has a limited number of spaces. Once capacity is reached, new members can only join when space becomes available.
Membership is free, but we ask members to commit for a minimum period of one year (i.e two shipments). At that stage, you may cancel your membership, if you wish. We do ask you to advise us in writing at least 2 weeks prior to a shipment.
Membership officially begins upon dispatch of your first case of wine. The first case will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of credit card funds being authorised. Delivery may take 7-10 working days.
Shipping is charged at $10 per case for the South Island and $12 per case for the North Island.
International freight will fluctuate, but as a guide (NZD) for 12–15 bottles varies by destination: Australia $150; UK $305; Singapore $364; Hong Kong $165. For USA customers, freight is $278, with an additional 15.86% in taxes and shipping fees applied due to tariffs.
International shipments are sent in 15-bottle cases (rather than 12) due to standardised shipping boxes. If you prefer only 12 bottles, please let us know. Shipping costs remain the same for 12–15 bottles.
Members receive two mandatory shipments per year: Spring (September) and Autumn (March). Exact dispatch dates may vary depending on vintage and bottling schedules.
All Private Paddock Wine Club orders are priced in NZ $ and include NZ GST (goods & services tax).
Members who have purchased six consecutive seasonal shipments will receive priority invitations to exclusive club events, including the bi-annual Posh Picnic.
